Does Home Page Pays work on any browser?
Yes, the Home Page Pays website works on any computer and any browser. If you can connect to the Internet and be on a website you can access Home Page Pays.
I am using Internet Explorer and I can’t install the browser add-on. What am I doing wrong?
The add-on extension is currently working for Firefox & Google Chrome Browsers. We strongly suggest you start using Firefox or Google Chrome so you can benefit from the HPP add-on. Both these browsers are likely to provide you with a faster and more secure Internet service.

Can I access Home Page Pays without having to use the add-on extension?
Yes, although when you use your bookmarked favourites or the browser’s address bar you will not get the benefits and features of HPP. By using the HPP browser add-on, you have access to all the HPP features whenever you access the Internet.
How do I see what a visitor sees when they go to my HPP website?
The system is designed for non-members to see the registration page. If you are already logged in to Home Page Pays, all you need to do is logout (top right corner) and select logout. To get back to your HPP system, just log back in.
When I go to my personal HomePagePays website, I see the Registration page and video. How do I get to use Home Page Pays system?
Login with your Smart Media username and password. The system is designed so you, as a member, don’t have to login each time. Just close the browser and when you go back to the site, you will not need to login.
We suggest you set Home Page Pays as your default Home Page or at the very least save it into your favourites.

Where do I find the information on my Free Members?
Free Member details are in your SMT Back Office Business Control Free Referrals. Here, you can also download a .csv file of all of your Free Members’ information.
How does a Free Member refer other Free Members?
Your Free Members refer other Free Members by giving away their own personal HomePagePays website link using the username that they registered with. http://theirusername.homepagepays.com/
Those Free Members are passed up to you and will show as your referrals in your back office. If you have it set up, they will also see your branding and Super Branding if you are a Super Rep.
Do Free Members receive any reward for referring others?
Yes, Free Members receive 25 Smart Points every time someone goes to their Home Page Pays website and registers as a free member. The more people they refer, the more Smart Points they receive.
Does a Free Member only have a HomePagePays.com website or do they also have links for the other
Smart Media websites?
Free Members of HPP select a username, which means they also have that username for any other Smart Media replicating websites or capture pages, even though they are not a Rep. at least initially.
How does a Free Member upgrade?
Free Members upgrade to Rep. by going to their SmartMediaTechnologies.com website login page. They login using their free member username and password. This will land them on the Upgrade Purchase page.
Upgrading this way allows the free member to keep their Free Member username.
Note: If the Free Member goes to the Join page and tries to register there with the same username, they will be told it is already taken. Of course it is… it is THEY who have taken it!
Can Reps participate in the Free Member prizes & collect Smart Points?
Yes, our Representatives can go to their HomePagePays website every day to earn Smart Points and get chances to win some great prizes. Initially, we were only going to offer the weekly & monthly prizes to our Free Members, however, we decided it was important to offer all our Reps the chance to be winners too.
It is very important to remember that, as a Representative, while it is good to be a winner, you also need to share this wonderful gift with as many people as possible. Sharing this with others is what will create your income. Even if you win a prize or a cash prize, it could not possibly compare to what you could earn from up to 14 income streams available to you as a Representative.
The HPP system is designed to encourage your Free Members to want to come back to the site every day.
As a Representative, it is in your best interest to spend your time sharing Smart Media with others.
How can I approach my Free Members about upgrading to Reps?
